By accessing this website or renting a bicycle from Celebration Bike Company LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

• All rentals are self-service and initiated by the customer.
• Rental duration is typically 2–3 hours, unless otherwise stated at checkout.
• Bikes must be returned to the designated bike corral and properly locked at the end of your rental period.
• Late returns may result in additional charges.
   

By renting a bike, you confirm that:

• You are 18 years or older, or a parent/guardian is renting on behalf of a minor.
• You are physically able to safely operate a bicycle.
• You accept full responsibility for the bike(s) during the rental period.

The renter is responsible for:

• Any loss, theft, or damage to the bicycle or lock during the rental
• Using the bike in a safe and lawful manner
   

Biking involves inherent risks. By renting a bike, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You assume all risks associated with bicycling, including injury, accident, or property damage.
• Celebration Bike Company LLC is not responsible for injuries, accidents, or losses that occur during your rental.

Helmets are recommended but may not be provided. If you are 16 or under you are required to wear a helmet. 

You agree not to:

• Ride under the influence of alcohol or drugs
• Allow unauthorized riders to use the bike
• Use the bike for racing, stunts, off-trail riding, or commercial purposes
• Tamper with locks, equipment, or tracking devices
   

• All payments are processed securely through GoDaddy and Square.
• Rentals are generally non-refundable once the bike has been unlocked.
• If you experience a technical issue or problem, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist.
   

If a bike is lost, stolen, or damaged beyond normal wear:

• You may be charged for repair or replacement costs.
• Failure to return or lock a bike properly may be treated as loss or theft.
   

• Rentals are taken at the customer’s discretion.
• We are not responsible for weather conditions, trail closures, or other external factors.
• No refunds are provided due to weather once a rental has started.
   

You agree not to:

• Attempt to disrupt or misuse the website
• Use the website for unlawful purposes
• Attempt unauthorized access to systems or data
   

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Celebration Bike Company LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our website or rental services.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Celebration Bike Company LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
